EZ Care Clinic needed stronger organic visibility in the mental health space. The site ranked for 8606 keywords in December 2020. Only 168 keywords sat in the top 3 positions. The website had limited authority and depended on low tier referring domains. Growth required more trust, more topical authority, and higher quality signals in a competitive telehealth market.
